RIDE RESPONSIBLY

As riders of electric bicycles, we commit to promoting a culture of responsible and safe riding. Our shared goal is to enhance the enjoyment of e-biking while ensuring the safety of ourselves, others, and the community. By embracing the following principles, we contribute to a positive e-bike riding experience.

By embracing these principles, we foster a community of responsible e-bike riders. Together, we contribute to the positive image of e-bike usage and ensure a safer and more enjoyable riding experience for everyone. Ride responsibly, and let's create a shared environment that reflects the values of courtesy, safety, and consideration.

  • Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations. Stop at traffic signals, yield when required, and follow designated bike lanes.

  • Operate the e-bike at a safe and considerate speed, taking into account the surrounding environment, pedestrians, and other road users.

  • Maintain situational awareness while riding. Avoid distractions such as phone use and stay alert to potential hazards on the road.

  • Yield to pedestrians, and provide ample space when passing them. Use caution in crowded areas to avoid any inconvenience or potential accidents.

  • Monitor the battery level and plan routes accordingly. Be mindful of the remaining charge to avoid running out of power unexpectedly.

  • Report any mechanical issues or concerns about the e-bike promptly to the rental company to ensure timely maintenance.

  • Be considerate of residents and businesses in the areas where you ride. Minimize noise and respect private property. Leave gates how you found them, if closed, close them after passing through, if open, leave open.

  • Dispose of any trash responsibly. Respect natural spaces and wildlife, keeping the environment clean and undisturbed.

  • E-Bike users should yield to other all non-motorized users, regardless of the direction they are traveling. Yield to animals, including horses, cattle and dogs. Give animals enough room and time to pass safely.

  • Pack out as much as you pack in. Stay on existing roads and trails.
