Yes. E-bikes come fully charged at the start of your rental. If you are renting the bikes for multiple days, you will want to recharge the bikes overnight to have a full charge for the next day.

That depends on how much pedal assist is used and the type of terrain you are riding on. Generally up to 70 miles or more on flat ground with little pedal assist, or 30+ on mixed terrain riding.

A hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of rental and will be removed upon the return of the undamaged e-bike.

Helmets are recommended for all riders, but are required for those under 18 years old.

Helmets are provided at no additional cost and can be reserved when you complete your rental.

Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

E-bikes must not be used for illegal activities.

Our staff will coordinate this detail with you but generally the return location will be the same as the pick-up location.

E-bikes are expected to be in the same working condition when returned.
